### sec.141 Mobile and temporary activity across local government areas
This section applies if a mobile and temporary environmentally relevant activity is, or is to be, carried out by a person in more than 1 local government area.
Despite section 133 , the administration and enforcement of the Act in relation to the activity is not devolved to a local government.
