### sec.12 Period for finalising terms of reference— Act , s 46 For section 46 (1) of the Act , the period is the later of the following periods to end— 20 business days after the proponent gives the documents mentioned in section 45 of the Act to the chief executive; if the chief executive and the proponent have, within the 20 business days, agreed to a longer period—the longer period. - (a) 20 business days after the proponent gives the documents mentioned in section 45 of the Act to the chief executive; - (b) if the chief executive and the proponent have, within the 20 business days, agreed to a longer period—the longer period.
