### sec.111 Restrictions on burning waste at waste facility
A person must not set fire to, or burn, waste at a waste facility other than—
under an environmental authority; or
under a development condition of a development approval; or
under the Fire Services Act 1990 .
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
