### sch.19-sec.10 Meaning of watercourse
A watercourse is a river, creek or stream in which water flows permanently or intermittently—
in a natural channel, whether artificially improved or not; or
in an artificial channel that has changed the course of the watercourse.
A watercourse includes the bed and banks and any other element of a river, creek or stream confining or containing water.
(sch.19-sec.10-ssec.1) A watercourse is a river, creek or stream in which water flows permanently or intermittently— in a natural channel, whether artificially improved or not; or in an artificial channel that has changed the course of the watercourse.
