### sec.89 Regulation-making power for particular records and returns A regulation may be made under section 580 (2) (b) applying to— a record or return relating to— the sale of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or the application of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or a soil test; or a crop yield; and a person involved in the production, manufacture, distribution, supply or use of an agricultural ERA product, fertiliser product or agricultural chemical. (sec.89-ssec.2) In this section— agricultural ERA product means a product from carrying out an agricultural ERA. fertiliser product means a product that is, or contains, nitrogen, phosphorous or another plant nutrient. - (a) a record or return relating to— (i) the sale of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or (ii) the application of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or (iii) a soil test; or (iv) a crop yield; and - (i) the sale of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or - (ii) the application of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or - (iii) a soil test; or - (iv) a crop yield; and - (b) a person involved in the production, manufacture, distribution, supply or use of an agricultural ERA product, fertiliser product or agricultural chemical. - (i) the sale of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or - (ii) the application of a fertiliser product or agricultural chemical; or - (iii) a soil test; or - (iv) a crop yield; and
