### sec.85 Tailored advice must not be false or misleading An adviser must not give tailored advice about carrying out an agricultural ERA that the adviser knows, or ought reasonably to know, is false or misleading in a material particular to a person— who carries out the agricultural ERA; or who is acting on behalf of another person who carries out the agricultural ERA.
