### sec.795 Proceeding for offence against former s 432A This section applies in relation to an offence against former section 432A committed entirely before the commencement by a person. Without limiting the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20, a proceeding for the offence may be continued or started, and the person may be punished for the offence, as if this Act had not been amended by the amending Act. Subsection (2) applies despite the Criminal Code, section 11. s 795 ins 2023 No. 6 s 122 (sec.795-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an offence against former section 432A committed entirely before the commencement by a person.
