### sec.793 Existing submission of draft transitional environmental program This section applies if— before the commencement, a draft transitional environmental program had been submitted to the administering authority under this Act; and immediately before the commencement, the administering authority had not decided whether to approve the program. Chapter 7, part 3 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the approval of the draft program as if the amending Act had not been enacted. If, after the commencement, the draft transitional environmental program is approved— the draft program is taken to be a transitional environmental program issued under new chapter 7, part 3; and a condition imposed on the approval of the draft program is taken to be a condition imposed on the program under new chapter 7, part 3. s 793 ins 2023 No. 6 s 122 (sec.793-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a draft transitional environmental program had been submitted to the administering authority under this Act; and immediately before the commencement, the administering authority had not decided whether to approve the program.
