### sec.787 Application of provisions in relation to environmental authorities held by entities This section applies in relation to— an environmental authority held on the commencement by an entity that is not a person; or an environmental authority issued, under this part, after the commencement to an entity that is not a person. This Act applies in relation to the environmental authority as if a reference in a provision to a person in the context of the holder of the authority included a reference to an entity that is not a person. s 787 ins 2020 No. 26 s 98 (sec.787-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to— an environmental authority held on the commencement by an entity that is not a person; or an environmental authority issued, under this part, after the commencement to an entity that is not a person. (sec.787-ssec.2) This Act applies in relation to the environmental authority as if a reference in a provision to a person in the context of the holder of the authority included a reference to an entity that is not a person. - (a) an environmental authority held on the commencement by an entity that is not a person; or - (b) an environmental authority issued, under this part, after the commencement to an entity that is not a person.
