### sec.780 Existing amalgamation and de-amalgamation applications
This section applies to an amalgamation or de-amalgamation application made, but not decided, under this Act before the commencement.
Chapter 5, part 8 as in force immediately before the commencement applies to the application as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
