### sec.771 Record keeping obligation for existing agricultural ERA continues
This section applies in relation to—
a record that was made, or required to be made, under previous section 83; and
the relevant primary documents for the record required to be kept under previous section 84.
Chapter 4A, part 2, division 2, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the record and relevant primary documents—
from the commencement until the day that is 5 years after the record was made or required to be made; and
as if this Act had not been amended by the amendment Act.

(sec.771-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to— a record that was made, or required to be made, under previous section 83; and the relevant primary documents for the record required to be kept under previous section 84.
(sec.771-ssec.2) Chapter 4A, part 2, division 2, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the record and relevant primary documents— from the commencement until the day that is 5 years after the record was made or required to be made; and as if this Act had not been amended by the amendment Act.
- (a) a record that was made, or required to be made, under previous section 83; and
- (b) the relevant primary documents for the record required to be kept under previous section 84.
