### sec.741 Existing development application relating to prescribed ERA This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 115. The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. In this section— existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Planning Act, to which the Planning Act, section 288 applies. s 741 ins 2016 No. 27 s 225 (sec.741-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 115.
