### sec.738 Notice to purchaser This section applies if, before the commencement— the owner of land (the seller ) to which former section 421 applies has entered into an agreement to dispose of the land to someone else (the buyer ); and the seller has not given the buyer a notice under former section 421(2). The seller may give a notice under section 408(5).
