### sec.736 Particular existing applications This section applies to any of the following applications made under the unamended Act but not decided before the commencement— an application to waive a requirement to conduct or commission a site investigation made under former section 378; an application to waive a requirement to remediate contaminated land made under former section 392; an application to waive a requirement to prepare or commission a site management plan for contaminated land made under former section 407.
