### sec.727 Applicant may elect for particular application to be dealt with as standard application or variation application
This section applies to an application for an environmental authority—
that relates to a coordinated project; and
made, but not decided, before the commencement; and
that, if it had been made on or after the commencement, would be—
a standard application; or
a variation application.
The applicant may elect, by written notice given to the administering authority—
to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(i) applies treated as a standard application; or
to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(ii) applies treated as a variation application.

(sec.727-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for an environmental authority— that relates to a coordinated project; and made, but not decided, before the commencement; and that, if it had been made on or after the commencement, would be— a standard application; or a variation application.
(sec.727-ssec.2) The applicant may elect, by written notice given to the administering authority— to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(i) applies treated as a standard application; or to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(ii) applies treated as a variation application.
- (a) that relates to a coordinated project; and
- (b) made, but not decided, before the commencement; and
- (c) that, if it had been made on or after the commencement, would be— (i) a standard application; or (ii) a variation application.
- (i) a standard application; or
- (ii) a variation application.
- (i) a standard application; or
- (ii) a variation application.
- (a) to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(i) applies treated as a standard application; or
- (b) to have an application to which subsection (1)(c)(ii) applies treated as a variation application.
