### sec.71 Requirements for application An approval application must be— in the approved form; and supported by enough information to allow the chief executive to decide whether an EIS is appropriate for the project; and supported by enough documents or information to establish that the applicant may enter land to which the project relates to carry out any necessary studies for the EIS; and accompanied by— the documents that, under section 41 (3) , must accompany a submitted draft terms of reference for an EIS; and the fee prescribed under a regulation. s 71 ins 2000 No. 64 s 6 - (a) in the approved form; and - (b) supported by enough information to allow the chief executive to decide whether an EIS is appropriate for the project; and - (c) supported by enough documents or information to establish that the applicant may enter land to which the project relates to carry out any necessary studies for the EIS; and - (d) accompanied by— (i) the documents that, under section 41 (3) , must accompany a submitted draft terms of reference for an EIS; and (ii) the fee prescribed under a regulation. - (i) the documents that, under section 41 (3) , must accompany a submitted draft terms of reference for an EIS; and - (ii) the fee prescribed under a regulation. - (i) the documents that, under section 41 (3) , must accompany a submitted draft terms of reference for an EIS; and - (ii) the fee prescribed under a regulation.
