### sec.697 Deciding conversion application
The administering authority must, within 10 business days after receiving the application, decide whether to—
approve the application; or
refuse the application.
In deciding the application, the administering authority must consider the criteria mentioned in section 175(2).
Despite subsection (1), the administering authority may only approve an application if—
eligibility criteria are in effect for the relevant activity for the authority; and
the relevant activity complies with the eligibility criteria.

(sec.697-ssec.1) The administering authority must, within 10 business days after receiving the application, decide whether to— approve the application; or refuse the application.
