### sec.693 Existing notice of proposed amendment, cancellation or suspension of environmental authority This section applies if the administering authority has given the holder of an environmental authority (chapter 5A activities) notice of a proposed action under former section 312H(1) before the commencement. From the commencement— if the proposed action is to amend the environmental authority— the notice becomes a notice given under section 217; and chapter 5, part 6, divisions 2 and 3 apply for the notice; or if the proposed action is to suspend or cancel the environmental authority— the notice becomes a notice given under section 280; and chapter 5, part 11, divisions 2 and 3 apply for the notice. s 693 ins 2012 No. 16 s 60 (sec.693-ssec.1) This section applies if the administering authority has given the holder of an environmental authority (chapter 5A activities) notice of a proposed action under former section 312H(1) before the commencement.
