### sec.659 Continuing application of ch 4, pt 1 This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. Chapter 4, part 1 as in force before the commencement continues to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
