### sec.643 Transitional provision for amended ss 619 and 624 Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section, section 619 applied in relation to an approval mentioned in section 624(1)(b), as in force on the commencement of this section. To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 619, as amended by the Environmental Protection and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , ceases to apply in relation to the approval on the commencement of this section. s 643 ins 2005 No. 53 s 96 (sec.643-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section, section 619 applied in relation to an approval mentioned in section 624(1)(b), as in force on the commencement of this section.
