### sec.625 Effect of commencement on applications for development approvals for level 2 environmentally relevant activities Subsection (2) applies for an application for a development approval for a level 2 chapter 4 activity that had not lapsed immediately before the commencement of this section. Before carrying out the activity under the development approval, the person who proposes to carry out the activity must obtain a registration certificate. s 625 ins 2003 No. 95 s 45 (sec.625-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies for an application for a development approval for a level 2 chapter 4 activity that had not lapsed immediately before the commencement of this section. (sec.625-ssec.2) Before carrying out the activity under the development approval, the person who proposes to carry out the activity must obtain a registration certificate.
