### sec.62 Chief executive may seek advice, comment or information
The chief executive may seek and consider relevant advice, comment or information from the proponent or another person.
The request may be by public notice.
If the request is made of the proponent, it must be written, and must state a reasonable period for the giving of the advice, comment or information sought.
