### sec.616A EPA provisions prevail Subsection (2) applies if there is an inconsistency between— a provision of the current Act (an EPA provision ); and a provision of a special agreement Act. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the EPA provision prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. s 616A ins 2008 No. 37 s 9 (sec.616A-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if there is an inconsistency between— a provision of the current Act (an EPA provision ); and a provision of a special agreement Act. (sec.616A-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the EPA provision prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. - (a) a provision of the current Act (an EPA provision ); and - (b) a provision of a special agreement Act.
