### sec.612 Environmental authorities under existing Act A provisional licence in force under section 47 of the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a provisional licence issued on the same day as the day the provisional licence under section 47 was issued. A licence in force under the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a licence under this Act as amended by the amending Act. A level 1 approval in force under the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a level 1 approval under this Act as amended by the amending Act. A level 2 approval in force under the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a level 2 approval under this Act as amended by the amending Act. This section does not limit the Environmental Protection Regulation 1998 , section 73. s 612 ins 2000 No. 64 s 52 (sec.612-ssec.1) A provisional licence in force under section 47 of the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a provisional licence issued on the same day as the day the provisional licence under section 47 was issued. (sec.612-ssec.4) A level 2 approval in force under the existing Act is taken on the commencement day to be a level 2 approval under this Act as amended by the amending Act. (sec.612-ssec.5) This section does not limit the Environmental Protection Regulation 1998 , section 73.
