### sec.604 Other amendment applications This section applies if an application, other than a conversion application, is made to amend a transitional authority. Chapter 5, part 8, applies to the application. However, chapter 5, part 6, division 6, does not apply to the application if— the activities authorised under each relevant mining tenement have not changed since the commencement day; and no application has been made to change the activities authorised under any relevant mining tenement. s 604 ins 2000 No. 64 s 52 (sec.604-ssec.1) This section applies if an application, other than a conversion application, is made to amend a transitional authority. (sec.604-ssec.2) Chapter 5, part 8, applies to the application. (sec.604-ssec.3) However, chapter 5, part 6, division 6, does not apply to the application if— the activities authorised under each relevant mining tenement have not changed since the commencement day; and no application has been made to change the activities authorised under any relevant mining tenement. - (a) the activities authorised under each relevant mining tenement have not changed since the commencement day; and - (b) no application has been made to change the activities authorised under any relevant mining tenement.
