### sec.603 Application to convert transitional authority to environmental authority for a level 2 mining project This section applies despite chapter 5, part 8. A transitional authority holder who holds each relevant mining tenement may apply (a conversion application ) to the administering authority to convert the transitional authority to either of the following under chapter 5— a code compliant authority; a non-code compliant authority for a level 2 mining project.
