### sec.59 Required content of report
An EIS assessment report must—
address the adequacy of the EIS in addressing the final terms of reference; and
address the adequacy of any management, monitoring, planning or other measures for minimising adverse environmental impacts for the project; and
make recommendations about the suitability of the project; and
recommend any conditions on which any approval required for the project may be given; and
contain another matter prescribed under a regulation.

- (a) address the adequacy of the EIS in addressing the final terms of reference; and
