### sec.583 Transfer of certain land on contaminated sites register to contaminated land register This section applies to land that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was recorded in the contaminated sites register under the Contaminated Land Act 1991 as being classified as a confirmed site. The administering authority must, on or before the commencement, record particulars of the land in the contaminated land register. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the owner of land to which this section applies does not have a right of review under section 521 or appeal under section 531 in relation to the recording of particulars of the land in the contaminated land register. s 583 ins 1997 No. 80 s 36 (sec.583-ssec.1) This section applies to land that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was recorded in the contaminated sites register under the Contaminated Land Act 1991 as being classified as a confirmed site.
