### sec.574I What happens after a complaint is made
As soon as practicable after the chief executive receives a complaint, the chief executive must consider and investigate the complaint.
After considering and investigating the complaint, the chief executive must decide—
to accept the complaint for action under division 4 ; or
to not take action on the complaint under division 4 .

(sec.574I-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after the chief executive receives a complaint, the chief executive must consider and investigate the complaint.
(sec.574I-ssec.2) After considering and investigating the complaint, the chief executive must decide— to accept the complaint for action under division 4 ; or to not take action on the complaint under division 4 .
- (a) to accept the complaint for action under division 4 ; or
- (b) to not take action on the complaint under division 4 .
