### sec.574G Amendment, suspension or cancellation
After considering any representations, the chief executive may—
if the proposed action was to amend the approval—amend the approval in the proposed way, including, for example, amending a condition to which the approval is subject or adding another condition to the approval; or
if the proposed action was to suspend the approval—suspend the approval for not longer than the proposed suspension period; or
if the proposed action was to cancel the approval—cancel the approval or suspend it for a period.
If the chief executive decides to take action under subsection (1) , the chief executive must give an information notice about the decision to the auditor.
The decision takes effect on the later of the following—
the day the information notice is given to the auditor;
the day stated in the information notice for that purpose.
