### sec.571 Deciding application
The chief executive must, within 30 business days after receiving the application, decide to—
approve the application; or
approve the application subject to conditions; or
refuse the application.
Without limiting subsection (1) (b) , an approval may be subject to a condition that limits the functions the auditor may perform to a stated type of function.

(sec.571-ssec.1) The chief executive must, within 30 business days after receiving the application, decide to— approve the application; or approve the application subject to conditions; or refuse the application.
