### sec.550 Chief executive may make guidelines for particular matters under ch 5 The chief executive may make guidelines to provide guidance to persons about matters relating to— the information required under section 126C (1) (j) , 286 (d) , 298 (2) (d) , 309 (3) (b) or 312 (2) (d) ; or the methodology mentioned in section 298 (2) (c) .
