### sec.470 Failure to give information to administering authority
This section applies if a person is given a notice under section 451 .
The person must comply with the notice unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for the individual to fail to comply with the notice if complying with it might tend to incriminate the individual.
The person does not commit an offence against this section if the information sought by the administering authority is not in fact relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act.
