### sec.466 Power to require production of documents An authorised person may require a person to produce to the authorised person for inspection a document required to be held or kept under— this Act; or a development condition of a development approval; or an agricultural ERA standard that applies to an agricultural ERA; or a recognised accreditation program for an agricultural ERA. The authorised person may keep a produced document to take an extract from, or make a copy of, the document.
