### sec.451 Administering authority may require relevant information
The administering authority may give a notice under this section to a person requiring the person to give it information relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act.
The notice may only be given to a person the authority suspects on reasonable grounds has knowledge of a matter, or has possession or control of a document dealing with a matter, for which the information is required.
The notice must—
be in the approved form; and
state the person to whom it is issued; and
state the information required; and
state the time within which the information is to be given to the authority; and
state why the information is required; and
state the review or appeal details; and
be given to the person.

(sec.451-ssec.1) The administering authority may give a notice under this section to a person requiring the person to give it information relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act.
