### sec.444N Ministerial direction
The Minister may give the rehabilitation commissioner a written direction (a ministerial direction ) about the performance of the rehabilitation commissioner’s functions or the exercise of the rehabilitation commissioner’s powers.
However, the Minister may not give a ministerial direction about the content of any advice, report or guidance prepared by the rehabilitation commissioner.
The rehabilitation commissioner must comply with a ministerial direction.

(sec.444N-ssec.1) The Minister may give the rehabilitation commissioner a written direction (a ministerial direction ) about the performance of the rehabilitation commissioner’s functions or the exercise of the rehabilitation commissioner’s powers.
