### sec.444L Delegation The rehabilitation commissioner may delegate the rehabilitation commissioner’s functions under this Act, other than the functions under section 444I (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) , to an appropriately qualified officer or employee whose services are made available under section 444M (1) .
