### sec.440ZQ Supply of fuel that does not comply with Commonwealth fuel standard determinations
A person who manufactures or imports fuel must not supply the fuel in the State if the fuel does not comply with a Commonwealth fuel standard determination.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
This section does not apply to the supply of fuel for use in a motor vehicle used only for motor racing on a racing circuit or track under an environmental authority for the activity.

(sec.440ZQ-ssec.1) A person who manufactures or imports fuel must not supply the fuel in the State if the fuel does not comply with a Commonwealth fuel standard determination. Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
