### sec.403 Amendment of site management plan with written agreement The administering authority may, at any time, amend a site management plan for relevant land with the written agreement of— the land’s owner; and if the owner is not the occupier of the land—the occupier of the land. s 403 ins 1997 No. 80 s 21 amd 2012 No. 16 s 78 sch (amd 2013 No. 6 s 50 sch ) sub 2014 No. 59 s 135 - (a) the land’s owner; and - (b) if the owner is not the occupier of the land—the occupier of the land.
