### sec.401 Procedure if administering authority prepares site management plan
This section applies if the administering authority prepares a site management plan for relevant land under section 391 (3) .
The administering authority must, within 5 business days after preparing the site management plan—
record the details of the plan in the relevant land register in which particulars of the land are recorded; and
give the land’s owner and the relevant local government—
written notice that the plan has been prepared; and
a copy of the site management plan, including the site suitability statement that accompanies the plan.
The notice must state—
the reasons why the administering authority prepared the site management plan; and
the review or appeal details.

(sec.401-ssec.1) This section applies if the administering authority prepares a site management plan for relevant land under section 391 (3) .
