### sec.399 Approval of draft site management plan
This section applies if the administering authority decides to approve a draft site management plan for relevant land.
The administering authority must, within 5 business days after making the decision—
record the details of the plan in the relevant land register in which particulars of the land are recorded; and
give the submitter and the relevant local government, and, if the submitter is not the land’s owner, the owner—
a certificate of approval for the plan; and
written notice of the approval; and
a copy of the site suitability statement for the land that accompanied the plan.

(sec.399-ssec.1) This section applies if the administering authority decides to approve a draft site management plan for relevant land.
