### sec.388 Application of sdiv 2 This subdivision applies if— a site investigation report for relevant land is required to be prepared under an investigation notice for the land; or a validation report for relevant land is required to be prepared under an environmental enforcement order issued under section 362 (2) for the land; or a draft site management plan is required to be prepared under section 391 ; or a contaminated land investigation document is required to be prepared under a notice given or order made under this Act. See section 565 about who may prepare a contaminated land investigation document.
