### sec.385 Notice to be given if particulars of land amended in or removed from register
This section applies if the administering authority decides to—
amend particulars of land in a relevant land register; or
remove particulars of land from a relevant land register.
The administering authority must, within 5 business days after making the decision, give an information notice for the decision to each of the following persons—
the land’s owner;
if a person other than the land’s owner submitted a site investigation report, validation report or draft site management plan for the land—the other person;
if the decision is to remove particulars of the land from the relevant land register—the relevant local government.
If section 381 applies, the notice must be accompanied by a copy of the site suitability statement that accompanied the site investigation report or validation report for the land.

(sec.385-ssec.1) This section applies if the administering authority decides to— amend particulars of land in a relevant land register; or remove particulars of land from a relevant land register.

- (a) amend particulars of land in a relevant land register; or
- (b) remove particulars of land from a relevant land register.

- (c) if the decision is to remove particulars of the land from the relevant land register—the relevant local government.
