### sec.381 Site investigation report or validation report
This section applies if the administering authority receives a site investigation report or validation report for the land that complies with division 3 , subdivision 2 .
The administering authority must—
if the site suitability statement accompanying the site investigation report or validation report states the land is not contaminated land and is suitable for any use—remove particulars of the land from the relevant land register; or
otherwise—amend the particulars of the land in the relevant land register to record the uses for which the land is suitable in accordance with the site suitability statement.

(sec.381-ssec.1) This section applies if the administering authority receives a site investigation report or validation report for the land that complies with division 3 , subdivision 2 .
(sec.381-ssec.2) The administering authority must— if the site suitability statement accompanying the site investigation report or validation report states the land is not contaminated land and is suitable for any use—remove particulars of the land from the relevant land register; or otherwise—amend the particulars of the land in the relevant land register to record the uses for which the land is suitable in accordance with the site suitability statement.
- (a) if the site suitability statement accompanying the site investigation report or validation report states the land is not contaminated land and is suitable for any use—remove particulars of the land from the relevant land register; or
- (b) otherwise—amend the particulars of the land in the relevant land register to record the uses for which the land is suitable in accordance with the site suitability statement.
