### sec.379E Criteria for decision In deciding whether to approve the inclusion request, the administering authority must consider— the grounds stated in the inclusion request and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds; and further information received in response to a request under section 379C ; and the grounds for including particulars of land in the relevant land register stated in the application under section 371 or 372 .
