### sec.377 Decision about including land in relevant land register etc.
If, after considering the submission, the administering authority still believes grounds exist to record particulars of the land in the relevant land register, the authority must record the particulars in the register.
If the administering authority records particulars of the land in the contaminated land register, the administering authority must remove the particulars of the land from the environmental management register.

(sec.377-ssec.1) If, after considering the submission, the administering authority still believes grounds exist to record particulars of the land in the relevant land register, the authority must record the particulars in the register.
(sec.377-ssec.2) If the administering authority records particulars of the land in the contaminated land register, the administering authority must remove the particulars of the land from the environmental management register.
