### sec.369P Order may be issued to related person When issuing an environmental enforcement order to a company under division 2 , or if an environmental enforcement order issued to a company under division 2 is in force, the administering authority may also issue an environmental enforcement order under division 2 to a related person of the company. However, subsection (1) does not apply if the environmental enforcement order is issued to the company under section 362 (2) (a) .
