### sec.369D Notice of ceasing to carry out activity This section applies if— the relevant matter for an environmental enforcement order relates to the carrying out of an activity; and the recipient of the order ceases carrying out the activity. Within 10 business days after ceasing to carry out the activity, the recipient must give written notice of the ceasing to carry out the activity to the administering authority.
