### sec.363 Standard criteria to be considered before issue of environmental enforcement order Before deciding to issue an environmental enforcement order, the administering authority must consider the standard criteria. However, the administering authority is not required to consider the standard criteria before issuing an environmental enforcement order— on an enforcement ground mentioned in section 359 (a) , (b) or (f) ; or under section 362 (2) (a) . s 363 amd 2000 No. 64 s 3 (2) sch sub 2024 No. 30 s 28 (sec.363-ssec.1) Before deciding to issue an environmental enforcement order, the administering authority must consider the standard criteria.
