### sec.357G Temporary emissions licence A temporary emissions licence must state the following— the period for which the licence is issued; the timing, duration, volume and location of the releases permitted by the licence; for an environmental authority—the conditions of the environmental authority that the licence overrides; for a transitional environmental program—the requirements or conditions of the transitional environmental program that the licence overrides; conditions to monitor the releases to ensure that the expected impact of the releases on the receiving environment is not exceeded.
